    Description

    Custom built rotary die cutting machine with 7" Delta Industrial Die Set.  Original price 5,000.00
    Machine has been used to produce plastic ID card sized wrap around laminates (not a sealed edge but a fold over edge) for full insertion of a 2-1/8" x 3-3/8" insert.  Maximum roll length of material to be mounted on the machine is 2000FT.  Currently the machine is set-up to accept a 4-7/8" wide web which when unwound is fed into a folding mechanism with heat applied to enable the folded web to lay flat.  Machine can be
    easily retrofitted for your application to run
    up
    to 7" wide material.  Runs at speeds of up to 125'/minute.

    Machine comes with the following:
    7" Delta Industrial die set
    Registration system if there is printing on the plastic or holograms cast on the plastic
    5" wide x 96" long Dorner 4000 conveyor belt on adjustable legs
    Programmable counting system that speeds conveyor once counting unit is reached creating a break between lots
    Attached to front of platform is the
    material
    unwind unit with sensor to warning operator that the roll of material is approaching the end
    Dust removal system
    Strategically placed emergency power shut down buttons
    Many spare parts at no charge
