    Carriage Driver’s Beaver Fur Top Hat.
    100% Beaver Fur Carriage Driver’s top hat. The top hat has a grosgrain band and bow, plus brim edging. (see photos) The sweatband is leather. Made in 1865 according to the NYC hat merchant. I purchased this in 1985 for my extensive collection.
    It's in excellent condition. 157 years old
    The size is 7 1/2 -7 5/8.
