Fingerboard Guards/Protectors - Set of 2
The fret protectors protect the fingerboard while filing or polishing the fret. it's only .010”(0.25mm
) thick, so they can bend to following the fingerboard radius.
Made of 304 spring stainless steel.
Inlude 1 piece 3-1/8" x 7/8" x .010" and 1 piece 3-1/8" x 0.59" x .010", the slot size is 2.8mm(0.111").
One of the biggest problems with this type of shield was working up the fretboard past the 20th fret. Up until now only one 　size was available but now our kit contains 1 shield 3-1/8" x 7/8" x .010" and 1 shield 3-1/8" x 0.59" x .010". The 0.59” lets 　you go all the way up the neck.
