Framed & Matted 1938 Harley Davidson Knucklehead 8/100 Joseph Palcich Signed(?)

The frame measures approximately 25" x 20". The print itself is ~14.75" x 10" (that's the area inside the white border). Nice quality frame and matte job, and a beautiful print of this 1938 Knucklehead. As you can see, the print is labelled, numbered, and has the artists name in pencil (Joseph Palcich). Not sure if that was the artist himself who wrote this, or the person who made the print.
I googled this artist/photographer and only came up with one result -- a website that reprints these photos for 0. On that website, they included the following information: “Joe Palcich, the artist of many of the original images within this collection, has compiled, scanned and re-mastered this entire line. Most of these images can now only be found in private collections around the country. The condition of the printed originals are found in such varied conditions, only an artist with the proper skills can clean-up, enhance, and print the new image properly for your customers enjoyment.”
This print was purchased at auction from a well-off collector who had many high end Harley-Davidson pieces in his home.
