I am not the original owner, all the levers and moving parts that I could see and touch move but it takes some effort to move them, the red circle above rotates and with it the dial needle , Place a cardboard to perforate it and did it.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE DIAL MARKED THE K AND PUNCHED THE 0!!!!!!
In other words, it needs some work so that it correctly drills what the dial needle indicates. That is why it is published as to be repaired or it does not work. You can also go to my channel where you will see the video of it. Above is the Youtube video link in blue font.
