    Stunning little black velvet hat with soft pink feathers creating a bird and band.  Amazing
    Hat measures.  Around the outside of the brim measures 29.5" and inside is 15.5"
    I believe this is a child's hat
    Due to age it needs the feathers reset also the chin ribbon needs repair or replacement
    Dobbs red cardboard oval horse and carriage hat box with interior.
