WDCC Tick-Tock, Tick-Tock Crocodile from Peter Pan with box, COA, postcard *READ

Uh-oh...  That tick-tocking you hear may be this giant Croc from Peter Pan.  This awesome WDCC sculpture of Captain Hook's other nemesis in green was retired in September 2000.  This particular piece has the Dancing Flower production mark indicating it was made in 1994.  This figurine is about 6 1/2" tall x 10 1/2" long by 7" deep.  Thanks to Duckman for some of this info.  Croc comes with its original box and Certificate of Authenticity as well as a promotional postcard featuring all the WDCC figurines released in the very first Peter Pan scene.
The figurine is in very good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks.  There is some light crazing on the bottom. The tick-tock mechanism still works.  The box is in very good condition with some shelf wear.  The envelope on the COA has a wrinkled spot - I'm not sure if it's affected the COA itself.  Please see photos.  I'm the original owner of this piece and it's been carefully displayed in a curio cabinet since I purchased it.
